1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the New Strategy Model platform ("Service") provided by:

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a software platform that enables organizations to develop, manage, and execute strategic initiatives.

The Service is provided as a tool only. We do not provide strategic, financial, or business advice and do not guarantee outcomes.

3. Customer Accounts and Access

Access is controlled by the Customer through email invitations.

The Customer is responsible for:

  • Managing user access
  • Ensuring invited users are authorized
  • Securing email accounts

We rely solely on email authentication and are not responsible for incorrect access setup or unauthorized access due to compromised email accounts.

4. Customer Data

All Customer Data remains the property of the Customer.

We process data only to:

  • Provide the Service
  • Improve the Service (aggregated and anonymized)

Data is stored in the EU and separated using row-level security.

5. Confidentiality

We treat Customer Data as confidential and only access it when necessary for:

  • Service delivery
  • Support
  • Legal obligations

6. Acceptable Use

Customers may not:

  • Use the Service unlawfully
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer or disrupt the platform

7. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is subscription-based.

We may suspend access for non-payment and adjust pricing with notice.

8. Intellectual Property

We own the platform, software, and features.

Customers own all their data and content.

9. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update or modify the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or business decisions made using the Service.

Our total liability is limited to six (6) months of subscription fees.

11. Termination

Customers may terminate according to their subscription.

After termination:

  • Data can be exported
  • Data is retained for 120 days
  • Data is then deleted

We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach or non-payment.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law.
